With Michael he shows you what if moments, and little glimpses of hope. Jon Carpenter had no gore in his movies, really? Watch again in fact the scenes in Rob Zombies movies that involve gore are actually less then the first film which show no survival of those who come in contact with Michael Myers, not to mention how in the first film he is trying to kill the kids in this film he could care less which is something no one noticed.
